We have two classes each Friday, 1st is from 6pm to 8pm and the second class from 8 to 10 pm. Be sure to come 10 min early if this is your first time. Take advantage by attending the next weekend Class August 2012 (Reminder that Private Classes can be scheduled for parties of 5 or more) from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. The 7 Hour Intensive class is designed to give you a in broad idea of Krav-Maga Tactics. You will learn to defend yourself against a handgun from various positions; as well as knife assaults from different angles or closeness. 85% of all fights end up on the ground. This is the last place you want to be. We will show you how to get to your feet in 5 seconds or less, when an attacker is holding you down. And we will cover stand up "grappling" scenarios, as well as defense against punches, kicks, and chokes.Note: We will be covering a lot of information in 7 hours. You are highly encouraged to bring: running or comfortable shoes (for any outside activities), a couple T-shirts, extra socks or a pair of mat shoes (for mat work), lots of water, a notebook & pen so that you can take notes and healthy snacks plus your Lunch (there will only be one 7 min lunch break the entire day). The last hour of the class will be what we call "Pressure Tests." In other words, the self defense you just learned will be applied as the group attacks you (non-stop) for up to 3 minutes. You will be amazed as to how quickly you learned to protect yourself.

Cost for this seminar is $250/public, or $200 if you are military (past or present....thanks for your service), Law Enforcement. Additional Family members receive 50% off of the public price.

Safety Equipment needed: Groin, teeth & eye protection (Safety glasses, can be picked up at Walmart, Lowes or Home Depot for less than $6.00)

Equipment needed for Law Enforcement and Military Specific Class: Cuffs, ASP, under and Duty belt with keepers, holster, Weapon (or replica weapon NO AMMO is needed for this class) and/or Concealed carry Holster.
